- Non-profit university publishers receive a 10% discount
- Government agencies & non-profit historical societies receive a 20% discount
TABLETOP EXHIBIT PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- (1) 6’x2.5’ tabletop on Exhibitor Show Floor
- (2) chairs
- (2) 18” x 72” table on either side of the 6’ table (forming a U shape)
- (1) Full conference attendee registration
- Ability to purchase additional registrations for $150.00 per person (limited to 2 passes)

ONSITE PROGRAM GUIDE ADVERTISING SPECS:
- All Ads for the Program Guide are due to SMH by Friday, March 22, 2024.
- Ad Specifications:
- Full Page Ad Size: 4.75" wide x 6.75" tall, full color, no bleeds
- Half Page Ad Size: 4.75" wide x 3.35" tall, full color, no bleeds
- Format: Please provide Ad in JPG, PNG, or EPS format if possible

CANCELLATION POLICIES
IN-PERSON TABLETOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Tabletop cancellations received by March 21, 2024 will receive a full refund of purchased booth price
- Tabletop cancellation received between March 22-April 19, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of their purchased booth price
- Tabletop cancellations received after April 10, 2024 will be not receive a refund of their purchased tabletop price
ONSITE PROGRAM GUIDE ADVERTISING CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All sales are final on the purchase of ad space in the onsite Program Guide. No refunds are available for this sponsorship opportunity.
