How to Give a Gift Subscription:
There are three ways to give a gift subscription to the Society for Military History.
Method 1: Join Online
Go to our Gift Membership Order Page and fill out the form. You can pay all necessary fees with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card, or with a PayPal account. The online registration page is hosted PayPal, so all transactions are encrypted.
Method 2: Download a Membership Application Form
The gift subscription form, available here as an Adobe PDF file, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing and printing. Click on the logo below to go to Adobe's web site and get Adobe Reader. If you have a PDF plug-in installed with your browser, the form will open in a new window. If not, the PDF file should download to your hard drive, where it can be opened separately with Adobe Reader.
Method 3: Join Without a Membership Application Form
If you prefer not to give your gift subscription online and are not able to download the application, determine the appropriate fees from the table above and send a check in US funds only payable to the Society for Military History, or Visa/MasterCard/American Express information, to the following address:

Please include your name, address, phone number and email as well as the name and address of the person receiving the gift subscription. You may also enclose a short message which will appear on a card that will be sent from the Journal of Military History.
